摘要
传统的通信对抗手段已不能适应目前和即将出现的自适应网络通信对抗环境，而分布式通信对抗技术则是有效的网络通信对抗手段。针对当前国外的发展情况，提出了发展我国分布式通信对抗技术的几点设想。
The conventional communication countermeasure is not adaptive to present and upcoming network communication environment, but distrbuted conmmunication contermeasure is a kind of effective network communication contermeasures. Based on the international development of distributed communication countermeasures, the paper puts forward the conceiving of technical development of distributed communication countermeasures for our country.
