摘要
校企合作是高职院校培养高技能人才的有效途径。为提高校企合作的质量,政府要统筹协调,企业要积极参与人才培养过程,高职院校要确定正确的培养目标,实现校企"双赢"。
School-enterprise cooperation is an effective approach for highly-skilled personnel training in vocational colleges.To improve the quality of School-enterprise cooperation model, the government should play the role of coordination, the enterprises should participate actively, and the school should design a correct goal of training, in order to achieve a “win-win” result in the cooperation.
