高校家庭经济困难学生是高校学生中的特殊群体,对他们的教育和管理是高校学生工作的重要组成部分。论文分析了高校家庭经济困难学生问题产生的背景、高校家庭经济困难学生群体的类型、特征及如何做好高校家庭经济困难学生的教育与管理,同时对家庭经济困难学生的资助体系建设从经济资助和思想工作层面进行了探讨。

College students from poor families are a special group in college students. And their education and administration is an important component of college students＇ administration work. The background of the generation of the problems of these students, the students＇ types and characteristics were analyzed in this article. The issue of how to do the education and administration work well was also illustrated. At the same time, the construction of the subsidization sation system for those students was discussed from two aspects.
