一网之隔——网民与非网民的“知沟”原因探析

互联网是当前技术含量最高的传播媒介,而且它集合多种传统媒体的优势于一体,具备海量的信息存储能力、快速检索、双向交互、多媒体等特性,迅速成为第四大媒体。但是,由于社会经济地位、大众在接触互联网和互联网使用能力等方面的差异,全体社会成员被区隔为网络使用者与非网络使用者两大类别.也因此使得网民和非网民之间产生"知沟"。

The intemet is the current Mass Media of which the technology content is highest, and it gathers many kinds of traditional media superiority in one body. It has many characteristics, for example, magnanimous information storage ability, fast retrieval, bidirectional alternately, multimedia, etc. and, it quickly occupies the fourth place in media area. It differentiates the people two kinds because of their different social and economic status and the different capability in contacting and using the Intemet, which are intemet user and non-user, and it generates the knowledge gap between webeams and non-webeams.
