摘要
论述了"以人为本"的理念在图书馆工作中的主要体现,一方面是在图书馆管理工作中要以馆员为本,充分发挥馆员的积极性和创造性,为实现图书馆的共同目标不懈努力;另一方面是在图书馆服务工作中要以读者为本,让读者成为图书馆真正的主人,全心全意为读者提供最好的服务。
The manifestation of "people-oriented" concept in library work is illustrated in the article. On one hand, library administrative work should be librarian-oriented, so that they can fully develop their activity and innovation to work hard to aehleve the common goal of the library ; on the other hand, the library work should be reader-oriented, to let readers become the real master of the library, so as to provide best service to the readers.
