Brief Discussion on the Cohesion of Clerical Work and Archive Work

文章从文书工作与档案工作衔接的重要性谈起,简述了文书工作与档案工作的关系,列举了文书工作与档案工作衔接中存在的主要问题,提出了解决文书工作与档案工作衔接问题的对策:增强文书工作人员档案意识,是搞好衔接的基础;文书、档案人员从大局出发,互相配合是搞好衔接的起点;实行文书部门立卷是抓好衔接的保证;档案部门指导文书立卷工作是搞好衔接的关键。

Starting with the importance of the cohesion of clerical work and archives work, the relationship between clerical work and archive work was briefly illustrated in the article. The major problems existing in the cohesion of clerical and archive work were listed, and the countermeasures to solve the cohesion problems were put forward： increasing archive consciousness of clerical workers was the basis of cohesion work; clerical workers and archivem＇ starting with the overall situation and cooperation were the starting point of doing cohesion work well; setting up files for clerical departments was the guarantee while archive departments＇ directing the setting up work was the key of cohesion.
