摘要
论述了在规范化的建筑市场招投标环境下。建筑施工企业应提高对投标工作重要性的认识,建立专业的投标组织机构,该机构中应包括经营管理、技术专业、商务金融等方面的人才;并采取切实可行的投标策略;将投标文件做得尽善尽美,主动适应我国的市场经济形式和政策。
It is illustrated that under the normative bidding environment of building market, building construction enterprises should improve their recognition of the importance of bidding work, set up professional bidding organizations which should include some talents on administration, technology and commerce and finance; carry out practical bidding strategies. And they should perfect the bidding files, actively adapt to the form and policy of the market economy in our country.
