摘要
现阶段大量的静电放电问题严重影响了电子设备的正常工作.首先分析了静电放电的形成及干扰机理,介绍了ESD的测量方法.在对汽车CAN总线控制系统进行防静电测试中,出现了测试电压调高后部分指示灯工作异常的情况.针对存在的问题,分析了其产生的原因并提出了几种解决方案,同时给出了部分解决方案的试验结果.结果验证了提出的解决汽车CAN总线控制系统静电问题的有效性.
Nowadays, a lot of problems produced by static discharge have a great influence on the normal performance of electronic equipments. First, this paper analyzed the formation and interference mechanism, and introduced the test method of ESD. In the ESD test on the CAN bus body system and equipments of bus, it appeared that some indicator lights worked abnormally when test voltage is advanced. The reasons of the static problems, analyzed and some resolving measures are suggested, and at the same time, the experimental results of partial resolving measures are given. These results validated the effectiveness of the proposed measures of solving static problems of CAN bus body system controlling system and equipments of bus.
