摘要
以NiCl2.6H2O和硫脲为前驱液,在350℃的玻璃衬底上,通过超声喷雾热解技术与软模板相结合,成功地制备了产率较高的二硫化镍大尺度纳米线.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、偏光显微镜分别对产物的物相和形貌进行了表征.结果表明:所制备的NiS2纳米线沿(200)晶面具有明显的取向生长,长径比约为25:1,并对其生长机理做了初步的探讨.
Large-scale nanowires of NiS2were synthesized using NiCl2 -6H2O and thiourea (CS( NH2 )2 ) as reactant by an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique combining with soft-template on glass substrate at 350℃. The prepared samples were characterized by using XRD, TEM and optical microscope. The results show that these large-scale nanowires were NiS2 nanowires with(200)preferential growth and diameter and length ratio of 25: 1. Its growth mechanism was preliminarily discussed as well.
