抑郁症患者EEG信号的多重分形特征(英文)

摘要 用奇异谱法分析了抑郁症患者16导EEG信号的多重分形特征.讨论了多重分形分析方法在抑郁症患者临床诊断中的应用.发现抑郁症患者EEG信号的多重分形强度在Fp1、Fp2、F3、F4、C3和F7等信导较正常人有显著增加.该特性在抑郁症物理测量临床诊断中具有潜在价值. The muhi-fractal features of melancholia patients' 16-channel EEG signals are analyzed with singularity spectrum. The application of muhi-fractal analysis in the clinical diagnosis of melancholia patient is discussed. It is found that the multi-fractal strength of the patients' EEG signals increased significantly in comparison with that of healthy person' s in channels Fpl, Fp2, F3, F4, C3 and F7. The marked increase of muhi-fractal should be potential as physical measure in the clinical diagnosis of melancholia.
