The Start,Function & New Development of Debate Contest in Colleges

我国大学生辩论赛始于20世纪80年代,20世纪90年代达到了顶峰。大学生辩论赛不仅培养锻炼了人才,而且通过传媒扩大了正确的舆论导向,在校园生活和百姓生活中都发挥了积极作用。现在,辩论赛已成为各大学校园文化的保留节目。文章通过追溯我国大学生辩论赛的发展历程,着重探讨了大学生辩论赛在大学校园里的兴起、作用与创新发展,提出了推动大学生辩论赛健康发展的途径与方法。

Debate contests of college students began in 1980＇s, and its zenith was in 1990＇s. The college student debate contest not only cultivates the talents, but also helps the media broaden the public influence, which takes positive effects on campus and common life. Nowadays debate contests become programs for college culture. This article recalls the history of debate contests of college students and concludes that debate contests play important roles in the development of college culture. This article puts forward some methods of development of this activity.
