Construction of Social Responsibility System in Lianyungang Private Enterprises Based on the SA8000

从连云港市民营企业社会责任的现状入手,分析了连云港市民营企业社会责任存在的问题,以SA8000:2001国际标准为依据,构建了连云港市民营企业社会责任管理体系,即树立利益相关者满意的社会责任理念,建立社会责任管理体系,内部审核,管理评审等,从而在经济和社会快速发展时期,强化连云港市民营企业的社会责任,引导企业创建对环境和消费者负责的企业社会责任体系。

In respect to the status quo of social responsibility for private enterprises in Lianyungang, this paper points out the problems therein and formulates a new administrative system of social responsibility in accordance with the international standard SA8000：2001. According to the system, we should form ideas of social responsibility that will satisfy all the parties involved, establish a management system related to social responsibility, implement internal auditing and make evaluation on management to keep pace with the rapid development of society and economy. In this way, the social responsibilities of local private enterprises can be strengthened, and they will find incentives to formulate social responsibility systems that will do good to the environment and consumers.
