摘要
制度文化是大学文化的核心,构建和谐制度文化的核心是以人为本。一所高校的发展归根结底取决于高水平的教师队伍,取决于一种有利于教师队伍健康成长的和谐的大学制度文化。和谐的制度文化的创建要充分体现以人为本的核心内涵,具体表现在代表现代大学精神的大学治理结构,以人为本的管理文化和由此产生的和谐的人际关系。
Institutional culture is the core of university culture, while human-centeredness is the key of constructing a culture of this kind. The development of a university depends on a high-level teaching brigade and a harmonious college institutional culture conducive to the development of teaching staffs. In constructing such a culture, we should stick to the principle of human-centeredness to establish a well-managed structure of modern university, form a human-centered managing culture and nurture harmonious human relationships.
