电除尘器热风吹扫系统在冶炼行业中的应用

Application of electrostatic precipitator with hot air blowing system in smelting industry

电除尘器应用于冶炼行业中的烟气净化,由于冶炼工艺的特殊性及工况的不稳定性,尤其新冶炼工艺流程,工况变动更为频繁,使电场电压下降,甚至造成绝缘子的污闪、破裂,以致电除尘器停运。通过对广东某褐铁矿焙烧炉烟气收尘中所遇到的绝缘子爆裂原因的分析,采用热风吹扫系统,及对承压绝缘子支承法兰中的盖板的改进,解决了绝缘子爆裂问题。

The electrostatic precipitator is applied in the smelting industry. Particularity in smelting technics and instability in producing situation, especially, the new smelting process flow and producing situation changed more frequently will cause the electric field voltage to drop, even cause insulator dirt and breakage, so that lead to the electrostatic precipitator suspended. Based on reason analysis of insulator blowout confronted in collection of roasting kiln gas in a Guangdong limonite, hot air blowing system is introduced in this paper, and simultaneously, the cover board in the bearing pressure insulator supporting flange is improved so as to solve rupture problem of the insulator.
