摘要
水资源系统、农业生态系统和林草生态体系是构成干旱内陆河流域生态环境体系的特征因素。本文分析了黑河流域水资源开发利用引起的这三要素的变化，论述了流域综合环境效应的基本特征。
Water resources, agriculture and natural vegetation are the main characteristic factors of the whole environmental system in arid inland river basin.In this paper,the changes of the three factors caused by development of water resources are discussed. \ \
