Life Ethical Puzzle and the Countermeasures

本文对伦理难题进行界定,认为生命科学技术时代的伦理难题是善与善之间的选择,是在两种以上相互冲突的原则之间的艰难选择,是现代生命科技带来的伦理空白。生命伦理难题主要表现在死亡伦理、基因伦理、生殖技术伦理、器官移植伦理等方面,生命伦理难题源于生命科学技术的高速发展、伦理多元化、利益复杂化等。解决伦理难题,必须革新传统伦理理论,建立生命伦理委员会,确立解决伦理难题的程序,强化科学家的伦理责任,发挥政府的理性作用。

This article proposes a definition for ethic puzzle, holding the view that in the times of life science and technology, ethic puzzle is the choice between virtues, the choice among conflicting principles. The ethic puzzle of life is mainly expressed in the ethics of death, gene, reproduction technology, organ transplant etc.. It is originated from the rapid development of life science and technology, the pluralized ethics, comphcation of benefits etc.. To solve the puzzle, we must innovate the traditional ethic theories, set up life ethic committee, establish the procedure of solving the puzzle, intensifying the scientists＇ ethic responsibility, and bring into play the rational role of the government.
