摘要
高职教育将人才培养目标定位为"高素质技能型人才",这决定了高职教育具有高教性和职业性的双重属性。重庆教育学院针对前几年高职教育中单纯以能力为本位的、偏离了正确培养目标的人才培养模式,和随之而来的较为严重的职业化倾向,在教育教学改革中更新高职人才培养观念,坚持素质与技能并重的质量观,构建与之相适应的课程体系,探索以"大小学期"、"任务驱动"为特征的工学结合教学模式,同时与企业合作开展应用研究也促进了产学的深度融合。
Higher vocational education is oriented at cultivating “qualified technological talent” , which determines the double characteristics of the education: higher education and vocational education. In the past, Chongqing educational college only attached importance to the cultivation of ability, deviating from correct mode for talent cultivation. However, the college now has updated its cultivation conception, giving emphasis to both the quality and skills, constructing the corresponding curriculum system and exploring the teaching mode of “combining working with learning” Meanwhile, its cooperation with enterprises in applied research also has helped the combination of production with learning.
