重庆市农村中小学教师培训的问题与对策研究

The Problems in Training Countryside Primary and Middle School Teachers of Chongqing Municipality and the Countermeasures

教师培训是优化师资队伍、促进教师专业化发展的重要手段。通过对重庆市农村中小学教师培训的调查研究,分析了教师培训存在的认识不到位、经费不落实、模式不创新、效果不满意、监管不科学等主要问题,并提出了中小学教师培训的对策和建议:提高认识、更新观念,加强管理、建立机制;创新模式、提高质量,对于进一步搞好农村中小学教师培训工作,具有重要的现实意义。

Teacher training is an import means of optimizing teaching team and promoting teachers professional skills. Through investigating the training of the countryside primary and middle school teachers of Chongqing municipality, this article analyzes the problems of insufficient understanding of the importance of the training, lack of funds, impractical training content, monotonous training form, unscientific management etc., and proposes the countermeasures which mainly include： raising the consciousness, updating strengthening the management, establishing mechanisms, innovating models, and promoting the quality of training, which is of great practical significance to furthering the work of training countryside primary and middle school teachers.
