摘要
隐性教育相对于显性教育而言,具有丰富性、隐蔽性、无逆反性、持久性、差异性等特征,高校图书馆的隐性教育具有重要的现实意义,加强高校图书馆的隐性教育可从图书馆的物质文化建设、精神文化建设、行为文化建设、活动文化建设等方面着手。
Compared with explicit education, implicit education has the characteristics of richness, covertness, irrevocability, durability, divergence etc.. The implicit education of university library has great reality significance. The construction of implicit education can be started from the construction of material culture, the construction of spiritual culture, the construction of action culture, and the construction of activity culture.
