肝病瘀血舌象与血瘀证舌温临床研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨肝病瘀血舌患者及其不同血瘀证型的舌温变化规律。方法采用SAT-HY6000A红外热像仪获取红外舌图。结果健康人全舌温度舌根(B)、舌边(ML表示舌中左侧、MR表示舌中右侧)、舌中(M)、舌尖(T)依次降低,其中以舌根部最高,舌边次之,舌中较低,舌尖最低,各区域间温差显著。与正常组比较,肝病患者全舌温度普遍降低,肝病各组T、M、ML、MR、B均显著低于正常组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。血瘀证各型与正常组T、M、ML、MR、B指标有显著差异(P<0.01)。肝瘀痰阻、气滞血瘀的T、M、ML、MR、B值均低于气虚血瘀组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肝病及血瘀证各组患者舌面温度降低可能是由于肝病瘀血舌微循环障碍、血液灌注不足使产热量减少所致;红外热像舌图直观、重复性强,可作为肝病血瘀证微观辨证分型和疗效判断的参考指标。 Objective To observe the characteristic changes of tongue temperature on patients of different hepatopathy tongue of blood stasis and different blood stasis syndrome types (BSS). Methods The diagram of tongue temperature was gotten in Thermoviewer SAT-HY6000A. Results The temperature of whole tongue of normal group fell down in turn as follows: root of tongue, margin of the tongue, middle surface of tongue, apex of tongue. The temperature of tongue of all the hepatopathy group was sharp dropped compared with normal group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The temperature of tongue of all the hepatopathy BSS group was sharp dropped compared with normal group (P〈0.01). The temperature of tongue of Qi and blood stasis syndrome and Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was decreased significantly compared with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Tongue temperature of all the hepatopathy group and BSS group was dropped significantly compared with normal group, resulted in tongue microcirculation disorder and the deficiency of blood flow and quantity of heat generating. This method is directly perceived and repeated. It may be a convenient and applicable reference index for various TCM syndrome type and judgment of curative effect.
