摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定不同采收期绿衣枳壳中柚皮苷的含量,确定绿衣枳壳的最佳采收时期。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,25μm),柱号1612774,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(21∶79),检测波长为283nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果柚皮苷在0.1644~0.8320μg范围呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=156681X-84834(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.49%,RSD=2.68%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为枳壳中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。绿衣枳壳宜于6月初-6月中旬采集。
Objective To study the best collected time of fructus ponciri trifoliatae determine the naringin in it by RP-HPLC method. Methods The hypersil ODS C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 25 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (21 : 79), the detection wavelength was 283 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Result The calibration curve of naringin was in good linearity over 0.164 4-0.832 0 μg, and the regression equation was Y=156 681X-84 834 (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.49%, and RSD=2.68%. Conclusions The method is simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality. Fructus ponciri trifoliatae should be collected in the beginning and middle of June.
