摘要
用阴极固相电解还原法,将脱硫后的铅膏置于特制的阴极架上,在氢氧化钠溶液中通以直流电进行电解.对电解工艺参数进行了试验,结果表明,采用阴极固相电解还原法从废铅酸蓄电池回收金属铅的最优工艺参数是:电解液叫(NaOH)为1O%~15%、电压1.4~2.0V、温度40~60℃.
A method of solid phase electrolysis was employed for lead recycling. The lead paste after desulphurization was placed on special cathode planes in the sodium hydroxide solution followed by DC electrolysis. The electrolysis process parameters were studied. The optimum process parameters for recovering lead from Lead-acid battery are electrolyte of w(NaOH) 10 %--15 %, voltage of 1.4--2.0 V, and temperature at 40--60℃
