Tender Branch Cutting of Atyipiex canexcens under Full Sunlight and Water-spraying

全光照喷雾条件下四翅滨藜嫩枝扦插试验结果表明：影响四翅滨藜嫩枝扦插生根率、生根长度的主要因素为插穗类型及生长调节剂的种类。采用上部插穗，以质量分数为50-100mg·kg^-1的NAA液处理，生根率达87．5％，生根长度为3．73cm；以枝条中部为插穗，用质量分数为200mg·b^-1的ABT1号生根粉液处理，生根量达24．5条·株^-1。

An experiment was conducted to study the cutting effect of Atyipiex canexcens （Pursh） Nott. under full sunshine and water spraying. Result shows that the main factors influencing rooting rate and root length of A. canexcens cuttings are the type of branch and the kind of growth regulator. The rooting rate reached 87.5% and the root length was 3.73 cm when the concentration of NAA ranged from 50 mg·kg^-1 to 100 mg·kg^-1 by using the cutting from the top of the branch. The root quantity of the cutting from the middle part of the branch was 24.5 pieces when the concentration of ABT1 was 200 mg·kg^-1.
