摘要
应用NE苗木助长剂溶液浸泡银中杨插穗进行育苗。试验结果显示:最佳处理条件为NE苗木助长剂质量浓度1g/L,浸泡插穗6h。与常规育苗相比,高生长量、地径生长量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b分别增加18.98%、20.62%、46.38%、76.64%,而叶绿素总质量分数则增加54.03%。经济效益显著提高。
The cuttings of Populus alba x P. berolinensis were treated with NE plant growth regulator (nanostructured SiO2) for seedling cultivation. An optimal result was obtained when the optimal concentration of NE plant growth regulator was 1 mg/L and the cuttings were treated for six hours. Compared with the routine method for seedling cultivation, the height increment, basal diameter increment, and contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b increased by 18.98%, 20.62%, 46.38%, 76.64% respectively, while the total chlorophyll content increased by 54.03%. Result shows that the economic benefit has greatly improved.
