摘要 目的:探讨大剂量尿激酶在高血压脑出血微创清除术的临床应用价值。方法:对35例高血压脑出血患者行微创清除术,抽吸血肿置管引流,并注入大剂量尿激酶溶解,观察患者血肿清除、并发症及功能恢复情况。结果:35例患者均有不同程度的功能恢复,且并发症少见。结论:大剂量尿激酶用于微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血是一种创伤小、操作简单、清除血肿彻底、手术安全、快速的治疗手段。 Objective: To evaluate large dose of urokinase in the minimally invasive removal of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty-five patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by minimally invasive operation, the hematoma was sucked and drained through installed tube, large dose of uroki- nase was infused to the site of hematoma for lysis. Effect of hematoma eradicating, complications and functional recovery were observed. Results: Functions of all patients were recovered on different levels, rarely ocurred complication. Conclusion: Large dose of urokinase used in minimally invasive removal of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a minimally invasive, simple, safe, rapid and effective treatment.
