卒中后抑郁患者的认知功能与5-羟色胺水平的相关性

Relation between cognition function of post-stroke depression patients and 5-hydro xytryptamine

目的:探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者认知功能与5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的相关性,以指导PSD的早期诊断。方法:对50例患者与50名对照者进行事件相关电位(ERP)和血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平的测定;对测定结果进行相关性分析。结果:与对照组相比,PSD组ERP和5-色胺水平均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且ERP与5-HT有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:PSD患者5-HT水平降低,且与认知功能呈负相关。

Objective： To investigate the relation between cognition function of post-stroke depression （PSD） patients and 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） for early diagnosis of PSD. Methods： Event related potential （ERP） and 5-HT levels of 50 PSD patients and 50 normal controls were determined. Correlation analysis of the data was performed. Results： Significant difference in ERP and 5-HT levels was found between the PSD group and the control group （P 〈 0.05）. ERP level was closely correlated with 5-HT （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Decreased 5-HT level in PSD patients is negatively correlated with the cognition function of PSD patients.
