黄芪注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响

Effects of milketch root injection on acute bronchial asthma and immune function of T lymphocyte

目的:探讨黄芪注射液配合常规疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效及其对T淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将116例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为常规疗法组和联用黄芪治疗组,联用黄芪治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用黄芪注射液治疗。观察两组临床疗效并检测治疗前、后外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8的变化。结果:联用黄芪治疗组显效率为70.49%,常规疗法组显效率为54.55%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。联用黄芪治疗组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8升高,CD8下降;常规疗法组治疗前、后无明显变化。结论:在常规疗法的基础上联用黄芪注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作能明显提高临床疗效,这与黄芪注射液能改善T淋巴细胞的免疫功能有关。

Objective： To observe effects of milkvetch root injection combined with routine methods in acute bronchial asthma and immune function of T lymphocyte. Methods： One hundred and sixteen patients with acute bronchial asthma were divided randomly into two groups, trial group and control group. In the trial group, milketch root injection was added for treatment, the effects of treatment were observed; the changes of T lymphocyte and CD3 ,CD4, CDs, CD4/CDs in peripheral blood were detected. Results： The effective rates in trial group and control group were 70.49% and 54.55% respectively, there was signifigant difference between the two groups. The levels of CD3, CD4, CDs, CD4/CDs were significantly increased and CDs decreased in trial group. There was no markedly change in control group. Conclusion： On the basis of routine treatment, combined with milketch root injection can improve the effects in acute bronchial asthma; the mechanism may be that the milketch root injection may improve the immune function of T lymphocyte.
