关节镜下肩峰成形术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征11例的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing for arthroscopic acromioplasty of impingement syndrome of shoulder in 11 cases

目的:对关节镜下肩峰成形术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的围手术期护理进行探讨。方法:总结11例肩峰下撞击综合征患者进行关节镜下肩峰成形术的围手术期护理方法。结果:所有患者术后均得到优良的功能恢复,康复护理方法得当。结论:关节镜下肩峰成形术治疗肩峰下撞击综合征的疗效确切,正确的围手术期护理与康复护理对于术后患肢功能恢复至关重要。

Objective： To summarize the perioperative nursing of arthroscopic acromioplasty of impingement syndrome of shoulder. Methods： Methods of perioperative nursing of 11 patients with impingement syndrome of shoulder treated through arthroscopic acromioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients recovered satisfactorily in functions, which also attributed to the proper perioperative nursing. Conclusion： Arthroscopic acromioplasty has good effect on impingement syndrome of the shoulder; appropriating perloperative nursing and rehabilitation exercise are significant to the recovery of function.
