内蒙古农业水土资源可持续利用潜力模糊评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 以耕地灌溉率等因素为参评因子,在各因子等级指标划分的基础上,利用模糊数学理论,建立农业水土资源可持续利用潜力评价模型。通过该模型运算,内蒙古12个盟市农业水土资源可持续利用潜力指数为1.025-3.252,潜力指数最大的呼伦贝尔市是最小的乌海市的3.17倍。按流域评价,潜力指数波动范围为2.060-3.182,最大的松花江、嫩江流域是最小的黄河流域的1.55倍。模型运算结果符合实际,说明以模糊数学理论为基础建立的农业水土资源可持续利用潜力评价模型可靠、可行,可用于指导实践。 Based on the grading of indicators using fuzzy mathematics, taking the irrigation rate of cultivated land as the evalution factor, sustainable agriculture soil and water development potential assessment model is established. The results showed that sustainable agricultural land and water resources potential index of 12 leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia is from 1. 025 to 3, 252, the greatest potential index for HulunBuir City is 3, 17 times than that of the smallest Wuhai City. According to the watershed assessment, the potential fluctuates in the range of 2.060 to 3. 182, and the biggest Songhua River and Nenjiang River is 1.55 times than that of the smallest the Yellow River rally. The assessment model is reliable and feasible, and can be used to guide practice.
