摘要
针对以往有关工艺参数间的交互作用对注塑制品质量影响的研究较少的现象,以气体辅助注射成型某半圆形加强筋截面制品为例,运用正交试验和交互作用图筛选出影响气体穿透率和气指效应程度的交互影响因素,并基于交互效应值得出影响气体穿透率的最主要的交互因素是熔体温度和延迟时间,影响气指效应程度的最主要因素是熔体温度和注气压力,最后结合单因素试验对相应指标进行了分析。
In former study, the interaction of process parameters is rarely researched. In this paper, based on GAIM parts with semicircle rib, the orthogonal experimental design and interaction figures are used to find out the influence of interaction parameters on gas penetration ratios and gas "fingering". Through calculating the interaction effect degrees, the most important interaction parameters on gas penetration is meh temperature and delay time. Then, the most important interaction parameters on gas "fingering" is gas pressure and melt temperature. Finally, single experiments are used to further analyse the two indexes.
