摘要
以液态酚醛树脂为主体,添加发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂、改性树脂、无机粉末、玻璃纤维,发泡获得密度70~650kg/m3的抗事故包装箱用酚醛泡沫;对酚醛泡沫材料的性能进行了测试和评价,并与国外同类产品进行了对比。结果表明,自制的酚醛泡沫强度高、吸水率低、残留酸性弱,已基本达到预期的目标。
Phenolic foam with density ranging from 70 to 650 kg/m^3 for accident-resistant packaging was manufactured. Its components contained liquid resol, blowing agent, foam stabilizer, modifyied resin, inorganic powder and glass fiber. The properties of phenolic foam was tested and compared with those of overseas similar product. The results showed that the selfmade phenolic foam had high strength, low water absorption and subacidity and it reached the anticipated aim.
