摘要
通过对摩托车前护板的工艺分析,介绍了该塑料件的注射模具结构和设计要点。分析了大中型注射模具斜顶机构的常见设计方式,给出了卡槽轴线与水平成一定角度的特殊斜顶的设计方法,解决了斜顶顶出过程中的铲胶问题,实现了塑料件的顺利顶出和生产。
By analyzing the process of front safety guard of motorcycle, the overall mould structure and key design points for this product were introduced. The common structure of angle lift in large or middle injection mould was analyzed, and novel design method for the special angle lift where there was an angle between rib axes and horizontal line was put forward. The problem that product was scraped off in ejection process was resolved. Product was ejected and produced easily by adopting this mould structure.
