中药改良营养琼脂培养苛养菌的研究

Observation on the culture of fastidious bacteria with traditional Chinese medicine-modified nutrition agar

目的研究中药改良营养琼脂培养苛养菌的效果。方法分别用单味和配伍的党参、杞子、红枣、赤小豆等中药加入营养琼脂培养苛养菌,并与血平板进行比较。结果多种苛养菌在中药改良的各种培养基上都有不同程度生长,以红枣和赤小豆配伍改良的营养琼脂上菌落生长和可观察性效果最佳。与血平板比较,经配对t检验,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在缺乏血液培养基的乡镇卫生院,可用红枣赤小豆平板代替血平板用于常见苛养菌的培养。

Objective To prepare a medium modified with traditional Chinese medicine for solving the problem of short of blood source in township hospitals.Methods Radix codonopsis,fructus lych,fructus jujubae,Semen phaseoli,interfuse nutrient agar,were Single used and combined used for preparation of medium for cultivating fastidious bacteria,and the results of culture were compared with than of flat blood plate.Results Many fastidious bacteria in the medium modified with traditional Chinese medicine could grow at various degrees and the cultivated bacteria grew very well on the medium made of fructus jujubae and semen phaseoli and and there no significantly statistical differences were observed as compared with that of falt blood plate（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The medium modified with fructus lych,fructus jujuba and Semen phaseoli can replace blood flat for conventional cultivation of fastidious bacteria in township hospital in the absence of blood medium.
