不同年龄男性胃癌患者雄激素水平分析

Analysis of level of androgen in gastric carcinoma patients of various age groups

目的比较不同年龄段男性胃癌患者雄激素水平。方法选择中老年、青年男性胃癌患者各20例,分析两组胃癌患者发病部位、病理类型以及Brrmann分型差异,并检测所有患者总睾酮、睾酮分泌指数(TSI)与游离睾酮指数(FTI)水平。结果中老年、青年男性胃癌患者有着不同的病理类型分布。青年男性胃癌患者相比中老年男性胃癌患者,总睾酮与FTI水平异常率高(P<0.05),TSI异常率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论青年发病胃癌中激素依赖型肿瘤比率较高。

Objective To explore the difference of serum androgen level in in gastric carcinoma patients of varous age group.Methods There 20 young male gastric carcinoma patients less than 35 years old and 20 middle-aged or older male gastric carcinoma patients over 50 years old were enrolled in this observation.The clinical feature of all patients with gastric carcinoma were analyzed.The total levels of testosterone（TT）,testosterone secretion index（TSI） and free testosterone index（FTI） were detected.Results There pathological variations in the patients between the groups were observed.The abnormal rates of TT and FTI in the patients of young age group were all higher than that the older aged group（P〈0.05）.But there abnormal rates of TSI between the two groups were not observed（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of hormone-dependent gastric carcinoma was relatively higher in patients or young age group.
