茂名市社区居民乙肝病毒表面抗原携带状况分析

Survey of carrying status of HBsAg in community residents of Maoming City

目的了解茂名市社区居民的乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)携带状况。方法于2005年,用ELISA检验方法,随机抽取20500份在茂名市疾病预防控制中心门诊进行乙肝病毒表面抗原检测的各类人群,用统计学方法进行医学分析。结果共对20500例人群进行HBsAg检测,HBsAg总携带率为11.78%,其中男性携带率12.76%,女性携带率11.12%,男高于女,χ2=6,差异有统计学意义.在5个年龄组分布中,只有25～34岁青年组中男女携带率有非常显著差异外,余各年龄组男女性别均无显著差异.此外,HBsAg携带率有随年龄增加而增加之势,中年组为高峰,随后携带率又开始降低,5个年龄组中仅45岁上下年龄组之间有显著或非常显著差异。结论本地区居民的HBsAg携带状况存在性别差异,在全国范围内存在地区差异。

Objective To understand the carrying status of HBsAg by community residents in Maoming City, Methods Samples were collected from residents of various age group in Maoming in 2006 and assayed with ELISA. Results Totally 20 500 residents were detected and the HBsAG carrying rate was 11.78% , being 12.76% in males and 11. 12% in females. There were no significantly statistica differences among different age groups except in the age group of from 25 to 34 years old. Conclusion The carrying rates o HBsAge in males are higher than that of females.
