摘要
对空间大跨度组合扭壳屋盖结构的施工过程从屋盖的空间定位、内架的搭设、钢筋的安放与绑扎、混凝土的浇筑、预应力筋的张拉及内架的拆除等方面进行详细阐述,通过采用空间三维坐标控制技术、合理的支撑体系设计、对钢筋绑扎及预应力筋的精确定位、混凝土浇筑区域的合理划分及确定拆模顺序等,为实现设计意图、满足功能要求及保障施工期的安全奠定良好的基础。
Introduction is made on the construction process of a big-spanned hyperbolic paraboloid combined shell roof, tion of reinforced internal support and formwork. The adoption of three-dimensional coordinate control, rational design of bracing system, precise positioning of reinforcement work and prestressed bar and the reasonable division of concrete placement sections as well as definite sequence of formwork removal, have laid a good base for realizing the designer's intention, satisfying the functional requirments and ensuring the construction safety.
