摘要
以上海外高桥第三发电厂超超临界2×1000MW机组除灰系统为例,介绍了双套管气力除灰技术用于长距离(1400m)灰渣输送的特点、系统设置及运行模式。与单管输送相比较,双套管长距离气力输送技术具有明显的技术经济优势。
Taking the ash conveying system for 2×1000 MW ultra - supercritical units in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant no. 3 as an example ,the features,system layout,and operation mode for using pneumatic ash conveying technology with double driving pipes in long distance (1400 m) ash and slag transportation have been presented. Compared with single pipe transportation,the long distance pneumatic conveying technology with double driving pipes has obvious superiority.
