摘要
取北京郊区某鸭场的病鸭肝脏制备病料,接种12日龄鸭胚尿囊腔及2日龄健康雏鸭,应用RT-PCR方法对病鸭的肝脏悬液及鸭胚尿囊液进行检测并测序,确定所分离的病毒为Ⅰ型鸭肝炎病毒.
Livers of diseased ducks in Beijing district were made disease materials. Disease materials were inoculated in to allantoid cavity of 12-day duck＇s embryo, as well as 2-day healthy ducks Examining and sequencing of. livers of diseased ducks and liquid of allantoid cavity of duck＇ s embryo by RT-PCR dimonstrated that the isolated virus was the Type Ⅰ duck hepatitis virus.
