摘要
木质素能发生混凝作用的前提是克服其溶液状态下自身胶体结构中溶剂化外壳的束缚作用,即要求水样pH≤4;随后,由于其网状结构具有的强大吸附作用和网捕作用,木质素分子间以及木质素分子与悬浮或胶体粒子间相互搭结、形成坚实絮体沉出,对高岭土悬浊液浊度起到有效的澄清作用。试验表明,具有良好网孔结构的木质素的混凝性能更佳。
It′s necessary to break through the constraint force of solvation coverings in its colloidal structure for lignin coagulation.That is to say,lignin coagulant functions only if the pH values of treated water (or wastewater) are less than 4.Because of the strong adsorbing and netting abilities of lignin reticular structure,bridges and resultant flocs form not only between lignin molecules but between lignin molecules and suspended (or colloidal) particles,resulting in an effective removal for the turbidities of kaolin suspensions.The experiment results show that lignin coagulants,with better reticular structure,be more effective to treat kaolin suspensions.
