摘要
原料芴经硝化、还原得到2-氨基芴,再与一系列的芳香醛缩合得到相应的席夫碱类化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析确证。体外抗活性结果表明,大多数化合物具有较好的抑菌活性。
2-aminofluorene was synthesized via nitration and reduction of fluorene, followed by condensation of 2-aminofluorene with a series of aromatic aldehydes to yield the corresponding new Schiff bases (a - f),and their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1HNMR, MS and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activity was preliminarily evaluated, and the test results demonstrated that most of the compounds prepared displayed potential antibacterial activity.
