N-二茂铁甲酰基-DL-α-苯丙氨酸甲酯的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of N-ferrocenylformyl-DL-α-phenylalanine methyl ester

摘要 以二茂铁甲酸为原料,经酰氯化得到二茂铁甲酰氯,再以三乙胺为缚酸剂,与DL-α-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐反应合成了标题化合物,总收率85.5%。产物的结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR确证。 Ferrocenylformyl chloride was synthesized by the aeylation reaction of ferrocenecarboxyhc acid. N-Ferrocenylformyl-DL-α-phenylalanine methyl ester was prepared by treating ferrocenylformyl chloride with DL-α-phenylalanine methyl ester hydrochloride using triethylamine as the acid binding agent.The total yield was 85.5 %. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and ^1HNMR.
