电磁辐射对人肾小球滤过膜损伤及功能影响的临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过长期受电磁辐射下与在普通环境下(没有电磁辐射及废气的污染)工作的人员尿潜血试验阳性率对比观察,分析电磁辐射对人肾小球滤过膜的损伤及功能的影响。方法两组人员留取中段晨尿,行尿分析仪11项检查及尿沉渣镜检,对尿潜血阳性者行肾穿活检,在电镜下观察病理切片。结果辐射组:尿潜血试验阳性7例,阳性率29%,肾小球滤过膜有超微结构的改变;对照组:尿潜血试验阳性2例,阳性率4%,肾小球基膜有超微结构的改变。应用SPSS10.0软件分析,采用配对χ2检验,两组结果有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论提示电磁辐射可能引起肾小球滤过膜细胞超微结构损伤,进而导致肾小球基滤过膜漏出RBC,使尿潜血试验阳性。
