摘要
建立金雀根中高丽槐素含量测定的反相高效液相色谱分析方法,对6个不同产地的金雀根中高丽槐素的含量进行测定,同时给出金雀根中9种异黄酮类化合物在相同色谱条件下的分析图谱。结果表明在此色谱条件下,10 ~250 μg/mL浓度范围内,高丽槐素的峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性相关性(r^2=0.9999),该方法精密度较高,重现性和稳定性良好,平均回收率为97.31%。
A RP-HPLC analysis method was established for the determination of (-) maackiain in Jin Quegen from dif- ferent sources and the spectrum of nine isoflavones in Jin Quegen. The results indicated that there was a good linear relationship between peek area and concentration in the range of 10-250 μg/mL for (-) maackiain (r^2 = 0. 9999). This method was accurate, reproducible and stable; the average recovery of (-) maackiain was 97.31%.
