摘要
该文阐述了重组酵母的快速鉴定方法,首先通过MM/MD培养基筛选,然后利用酵母染色体DNA快速制备法获得酵母DNA,经PCR检测发现腈水解酶基因已经完整地整合进酵母基因组。
This paper described the rapid identification of recombinant yeast, By MM/MD medium in this experiment, and then yeast chromosome DNA was getted using a rapid access of law, PCR analysis found that the gene has been completely integrated into the yeast genome.
