Based on the abundantly practical engineering experience, some opinions on pile foundation and anchor design, and construction technology were discussed. Combined with practical engineering examples, the application of anchoring static pressure pile in the project of dangerous building rectification and cracking building strengthening were introduced. The favorable effects show that the anchoring static pressing pile technology is of value applications and wide prospects.
