The paper discusses on the mechanism of the slip and forecasting theory, analyzes on the study situation on slips. By using the displacement gage to measure the changing situation of the sliding object, the operator can get the distance of the movement and its tempo, then he can draw the circles＇of the displacement and the changing ratio. Through analysis and judge, the conclusion can be the evidence for the disaster relief and precautions for the disaster.
