摘要
结合深圳地铁4号线现浇连续箱梁的施工实例,对大跨度现浇混凝土连续箱梁支架的设计和验算、支架搭设及预压等进行了论述,通过对本高支模方案的实践,证明此方案具有良好的安全性和可操作性,取得了一定的经济效益。
Combining with the construction practice of cast-in-place continuous box beam in Shenzhen subway No. 4 line, the design and checking calculation of large span cast-in-place concrete oonfinuous box beam, erection of steel pipe scaffold and prestress of bracket were dissussed. By practicing this high-supported formwork scheme, it certified that this scheme has good safety and operability, and has gained a certain economic effidency.
