针对目前建筑行业土地资源紧缺的问题,从执行建筑节能法规,使用新型材料,节约施工临设,节约施工现场用水、用电,优化模板、脚手架工程,处理施工垃圾等方面提出了创建节约型土地的有效途径,从而实现建筑行业的可持续发展。

According to the land resources shortage of the construction industry at present, the paper puts forward the effective way of creating the saving type site from the aspects of the law execution of the building energy saving, the use of the new material, the saving of the temporary facility construction, the water saving and the electricity saving in the construction site, the optimization of the formwork, the scaffold project, the treatment of the building garbage, and to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry.
