In the last two decades, digital audio and video market has become one of the hot spots in the worldwide competition, with its standardization as the focus. It is of great significance for the industry to promote the internationalization and industrialization of the Chinese independent intellectual property. This article introduced efforts and achievements made by China Netcom in the innovation, internationalization and industrialization of AVS IPTV standards.
