摘要
通过旋流板塔技术在常州化工厂热电站新建锅炉(35t/h)采用的具体实例,证明该治理工艺是成功的。旋流板塔技术将碱性废液输入锅炉湿式除尘系统中,对其燃煤烟气进行脱硫除尘,流出的废水经处理后可循环使用,经生产性运转证明,该装置及整套处理工艺运行良好,达到国家GB13271-P1锅炉大气污染物排放标准。
A tower which was equipped with rotating tray designed and constructed for a new boiler (35t/h) in Changzhou Chemical Factory to remove dust and SO2 from flue gas. It is a wet removing process with waste basic water as absorbent, and the effluent should be recycled after treatment. Operation results showed that it could meet the emission standards of air pollutants for boiler (GB13271-91) and both the equipment and technology were operated well.
